Join author and academic Kara Martin for high tea to launch her recently published book, Workship 2: How to flourish at work. Written to bridge the faith and work divide, Workship 2 is practical wisdom for the workplace, exploring how to integrate faith with everyday work and worship God through work.
Guests will enjoy champagne on arrival, followed by high tea. Rev. Melissa Lipsett, Chief Operating Officer, Bible Society will officially launch the book, and Stephen O'Doherty, Chair, Hope Media and host, Open House, will interview Kara and Melissa on how they integrate their faith and daily work. As a special bonus Kara will facilitate a mini-workshop on talking about your faith at work. Master of Ceremonies for the afternoon will be Wendy Simpson OAM, experienced entrepreneur and company director.
