I will be presenting a couple of seminars.
On Thursday:
Workplace Mission Network
This network will look at initiatives in churches, marketplace ministries, theological colleges and by individuals to equip workplace Christians. We will share ideas and resources. Mark Greene points out that Christians spend 98% of their time outside of the church context. What do they need to be effective on their frontlines?
On Friday or Saturday (tbc):
Work as Worship
How can workplaces be the 'next great missionfield of the church' (Billy Graham)? How can workplace Christians be prepared so that their faith flourishes at work? This workshop will be a biblical exploration of how work can be a means of worshipping God. It will collect and stimulate ideas for how the church gathered can be a time of equipping for the church scattered Monday to Friday. Take your faith to work and bring your faith to life.
